I’m a teacher by trade, a creative at heart and a coach by choice. I’ve been a singer, songwriter, and musician for the majority of my life, but when I took up painting a few years ago, it opened a new door of self-discovery – a door that led to greater awareness of how unresolved trauma and self-doubt had been holding me back. Through creating visual art, I began to see the hidden gifts within my experiences and the deeper meaning these experiences held for my life. My artistic journey led me back to my soul’s compass and fuels my passion to help others find purpose and meaning in their lives. In my coaching programs and eCourses, clients learn how the brain processes life. In doing so, they start practicing thought management techniques and developing a deeper level of awareness.
