Climbing the ranks of the military forfeited the opportunity to obtain a commission as a Naval Officer and lead teams all over the world. The only problem was... I found myself bigger on the outside than I was on the inside. I quickly found that I had spent all of my energy and effort chasing the next credential and as a result, I sacrificed cultivating the character necessary to lead at the next level. Today I have been blessed to have traveled to over 10 different countries providing medical support and leadership to foreign dignitaries as well as influence the most important people in my life...My wife and sons!
