🤝 Partner at Within People 👌🏾 🇺🇸American living in London🇬🇧 I AM: 💓 Passionate about building communities that drive change, where people feel a sense of connection and belonging 🏔 A camper, hiker, biker and peloton nut 🌱 Culture and transformation partner at Within People, collaborating with leaders to unlock the power of their people I BELIEVE: The line between work and life continues to blur. It’s not about work/life balance - it’s just self balance. How you show up as a leader determines how limitless your possibilities are. I partner with leaders from all over the world to support their growth journey, helping them thrive in today’s business landscape. I support leaders to bring brands to life through people, purpose, and product - in that order. Success is best found and felt when we put humans first. They are the heartbeat, keeping brands alive and thriving. I feel privileged to work with others in a way that helps me to put audience before ego and create purposeful connection. LETS TALK IF YOU ARE: 🚀Ready to launch a new company or space 💪🏼Craving a resilient team culture 🔐Hoping to unite your team and unlock growth 🔮Lacking an inspiring vision for the future
