🦸🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️Spent years dealing with the Impostor Syndrome. I powered-through as a super-woman, mom and businesses leader but feeling totally inadequate on the inside.

🥴Being a workaholic got me sick.  Two years of burnout and chronic fatigue syndrome made me reevaluate my priorities. 

💫Prior to the pandemic I regularly volunteered at a local hospital as a Reiki Therapist aiding post-surgery patients in their recovery process.

👨‍👩‍👦‍👦👨‍👩‍👧‍👧 Divorced, remarried and now raising a blended family (6 kids total)
