I am committed to the practice of making art and what it takes for artists to maintain longterm and active careers. Within the context of art, I build intimate relationships with inanimate objects that reside within densely layered, labor intensive, and immersive installations. As a seasoned Professor of Studio Art i believe that not only am i a conveyor of meaning, but my students have much to teach me as well as their peers.
