I always thought God was mad at me. I had a mental breakdown in my early 20’s, spent over 10+ years in therapy, & lots of medications. I was searching for something, which was actually me looking for me!! In college & beyond, I took courses in psychology, teaching, coaching, and studying how the brain works. As I was searching, I became certified in various coaching programs. I’m a former German teacher, certified AMAP Life Coach, NLP certified, Ordained minister (starting own ministry) certified Yoga teacher, and certified Alt-U Coach. I went from a person who could barely leave her house living with constant fear daily, for most of my adult life…to someone who travels by herself & can be spontaneous.
