Journalist/writer/filmmaker @ BBC 📺🎥 ✏️ I’m a multimedia journalist, producer and broadcaster at the BBC World Service/BBC Africa. Over a decade of TV, online, radio and print experience from organisations and programmes such as the BBC World Service, BBC2, BBC3, BBC Newsnight, BBC Radio 4, ITV News, CNN International, The Guardian, Newsweek magazine, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and the International Business Times, among others. I’ve filmed in or reported from the US, Tanzania, Ethiopia, DR Congo, Djibouti, Kenya, Brussels, Delhi, Bonn, Warsaw and the Caribbean.  I’m a 2013 McGill Echenberg Human Rights Fellow and was longlisted for the 2019 Guardian/Fourth Estate Bame Short Story Prize.
